Meet Midnight!

This handsome Black Shepherd is searching for his forever home or foster home after we picked him up from the shelter.

Midnight was one of the lucky dogs selected to attend the @starmark_academy Starmark Rescue Dog Training Program, where he learned basic obedience skills. Thanks to his training, he knows how to walk nicely on a leash (and has progressed to hands-free heeling), sit politely, and listen well to his handler.

He’s not just smart — he’s also incredibly sweet, loyal, and eager to please. He has done great with socializing with other dogs, and has been in a temporary foster home with cats. Whether you’re looking for a walking buddy, or a loyal companion, Midnight is the one for you! Midnight loves couch cuddles and is an extremely affectionate boy as well. He likes playing ball and chewing toys.

This boy has left his shelter days behind and is ready to start a new adventure with a family who will love and appreciate him.

He is about 4.5-5 years old and needs to gain a bit of weight- which should put him around 70 lbs.
